Our products advantages

1. End fittings are made of forged single fittings, which has stable mechanical properties, small force value dispersion, and the tensile failure value can far exceed the rated values.

2. The connection between fittings and silicone housing adopts advanced O-ring design, saving the cost of secondary sealant application.

3. The silicone rubber material has passed the 4.5G test of tracking and erosion test, which has superior anti-aging and long product life.

4.The bonding adopts a stable sandblasting process and an inspection every two hours to ensure that the bonding of the product is intact.

Structure

Consist of silicone rubber housing, fiberglass rod and end-fittings. For system voltage 132kV and above, recommend corona rings for one or both ends. Also it’s available if some applications required corona rings for lower system voltage.
