High-density polyethylene insulator(HDPE insulator) or molded insulator can used in overhead electrical distribution system, compacted or conventional distribution aerial nets. It suits for polluted area or salty coastal area in tropical zone. HDPE insulators can be applied with jacketed or bare overhead conductors, aluminum or copper. Mainly applied in electrical system of 15KV, 25KV and 35KV.

High-density polyethylene insulator(HDPE insulator) conform with the electrical and mechanical requirements of ANSI C29.5 and C29.6 standards. They are designed with standard ANSI neck and thread sizes and are available in nominal voltage ratings of 15KV, 25KV, and 35KV.

1.HDPE Pin Insulator (also called High-Density-Polyethelene insulator) is made from a qualified resistive high density polyethelene and is usually used in tranmission lines for supporting conductors especially on a vertical direction.(Tie Top type Hdpe Pin insulator).
2.Royal insulators supply hdpe pin insulator with C  Neck, F Neck, and customized neck, which is also applicable on 1″ or 1 3/8″ pins. The voltages of them  are 15kV,25kV and 35kV, requiring a cantilever strength of 3000LB.
